Tax Zone Locator Tool Kit

The Tax Zone Locator Tool Kit was developed in conjunction with CCH, a Wolters Kluwer company. This premium application doubles as a one stop shop as it not only determines tax incentive eligibility but also conveniently generates California Enterprise zone voucher forms required to apply for certification. Our Tax Zone Locator Tool Kit instantly identifies, quantifies and documents all qualifying benefits and has recently been enhanced so that California and Federal hiring credit tax forms auto-populate and the system provides fillable “voucher applications,” which are necessary to secure California Enterprise Zone hiring credits. The entire credit application process is greatly expedited as we generate and complete all necessary IRS forms.

The Tool Kit:
