Richard Perez Chairman of the Board and Co-founder
Richard Perez has taught accounting and MIS courses at various universities including Ohio State, USC, UCLA, and San Jose State University. He worked for Arthur Andersen and was a controller of Farm Management, Inc. He has been an advisor, founder, and an investor in several successful technology companies over the last 15 years. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ohio State and a JD from the Columbia Law School. He is a CPA.Blake E. Christian Co-founder
Blake is a CPA with over 25 years of tax consulting experience. He was previously a tax partner with the international accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick, and also served as Tax Director with a Fortune 500 corporation. Blake has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State University Long Beach and a masters degree in taxation from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the California Society of CPAs and the Tax Division of the AICPA.Victor J. Gonzales Co-founder
Victor is a CPA with 20 years of tax consulting experience. He was previously a tax senior manager with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, and also served as Vice President/Controller of a large asset management company. Victor has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from San Diego State University. He is a member of the California Society of CPAs and serves as a Director at large on the national board of the American Association of Hispanic Certified Public Accountants.Linda Wang Chief Operating Officer
Linda Wang, CPA, is the COO at National Tax Credit Group, LLC. She is currently managing the tax incentive operations of NTCG and is responsible for leading NTCG’s product design and development activities. Her professional experience includes Virco Associates and Lan Plus/Syntex. Linda is a member of the California Society of CPAs, Information Systems Audit and Control Association, and is also a licensed real estate agent. Linda earned her Bachelor’s degree in accounting, emphasis in both professional accounting and accounting information system, and her Masters degree in Business Taxation, from the Elaine and Kenneth Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California.Rajiv Vallabhaneni Director of Technology
As Director of Technology, Rajiv is responsible for leading NTCG's product research and development activities. He has been the chief architect of the Company's product suite, and is instrumental in determining technology strategy. Rajiv brings considerable experience in software development and architecture. He holds an MS degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. In addition, he also holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Nagarjuna University, India. Raymond Tseng Director of Information & Research
Raymond Tseng is Director of Information and Research at NTCG. He oversees data development and management of various tax zones throughout the United States. He is a CPA and holds a master’s degree in Business Taxation from University of Southern California. He worked for Deloitte & Touche prior to joining NTCG. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Chengchi University, Taiwan.
